About Roofing Cold Spring: The Plan in Writing Before the Work
We are a roofing company working on homes in Cold Spring and the surrounding Northern Kentucky towns. Before any work starts, you get a written scope that names the materials, the steps and anything that could change the price, so the final bill matches what you agreed to.

Why the Quote Comes First
A lot of frustration with roofing starts after the crew shows up. Old shingles come off, soft decking turns up, a line gets added, and the homeowner hears about it on the invoice. We would rather have that conversation before a single shingle is pulled.
So our estimates break the job into its parts: tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, the roofing itself and cleanup. Some things cannot be seen until the old roof is open, such as rot in the boards underneath. When that is possible, we say so on paper and explain how it would be handled and priced, so you are deciding with the full picture.
The same patience shows up in the finish. Drip edge runs straight, flashing is bent and sealed by hand around chimneys and walls, and nail lines stay covered. We handle roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and siding, and the approach does not change with the size of the job.
What You Can Expect From Us
Findings before recommendations
Every job starts with a free roof inspection. We photograph what we see and walk you through it. Then we tell you plainly if a targeted fix is the sensible step or if the roof has reached the end of its useful life.
Materials named, not implied
Your estimate lists the shingle line and color, the underlayment, the flashing and the vents by name. You know exactly what is going on your home and can compare it fairly.
No add-ons you did not agree to
If something unexpected comes up mid-job, we stop, show you, explain the cost in writing and wait for your approval. Nothing extra appears on the final bill.
Your home treated with care
Tarps go over shrubs and beds, ladders are set away from windows and siding, and the yard and driveway get a magnet sweep for nails at the end of each day. We leave the site tidy before we go.
Where We Work
We serve homeowners in Cold Spring and nearby, including Highland Heights, Fort Thomas, Alexandria, Southgate, Newport, Covington, Fort Wright, Taylor Mill, Fruit Hill and Salem Heights.
Winters here bring repeated freeze and thaw, which works loose tired flashing and lets ice back up under shingle edges. We check those spots closely on every visit, so small weak points are caught and written into your estimate before they turn into leaks.
